I had to do this too, I found after work I just didn't always have the energy to work out. I now get up at 5:00 AM to pack lunches and get my workout in, try sleeping in your workout clothes. I was the same way, by the time I got home from work I didn't have he energy to workout. I had to switch and wake up early and do my workout in the morning before work. I actually find I have more energy throughout the day this way too, I get up at 5:00 AM now.
