  • Way to go! That's is so great, I bet your kids loved it as much as you did even if for different reasons.

  • That is totally awesome! Congratulations on getting some solid sleep.
  • It's me, from around the middle of December. I really need to update my picture but I kinda want to wait until the end of march when I'm done with "Ripped in 30".
  • Do NOT get married! You are way too young and he's gonna show his true colors and make you miserable.
  • 75 lbs down with 9 to go. It took me almost a month and a half to loose the 1 lb to put me into the single digits but I can admit to struggling with how I was eating and not working out like I need to. Back to being motivated now and I'm ready and focused to finish this part of my life.
  • I was actually worried that mine wouldn't shrink. They didn't until around the 30-35 lbs lost mark. Now at 75 lbs down I've gone from a tight 40DD to a comfortable 36 C (although this can vary depending on the style of bra, sometimes I need a 36 D). I'm very happy with this because there are so many more choices for cute…

  • Laurell K Hamilton is my favorite author (especially the Anita Blake series). No matter how hard I try I can not stand peas yet I like split pea soup. Nobody believes me when I say I'm high maintenance. Why is it not possible to be quiet and high maintenance, why do I have to be vocal and throw a temper tantrum like a 3 yr…
  • I take my multivitamin separately from the rest of my supplements. I usually take a calcium, a flax oil, my B.C. and occasionally a B vitamin in the morning around breakfast time. But the iron in my multi makes me sick and I have to fight to keep it down. I have found I have better luck if I take it at night right before…
  • Way to go!!! Always remember these type of victories and little moments, they get you thru all the way to the end.
  • I have no problem with my guy going to strip clubs, wouldn't mind going with him at least once to check it out since I've never made it inside one, but I don't have to be there. I think time out with friends without your partner is necessary to help maintain a healthy relationship.
  • Same, there is no way you regained that weight overnight. It's called water weight and it is vicious. Couple of things play into this one...First: weigh in at the same time of day in similar (or no) clothing each time. Most people on here seem to weigh in first thing the am after visiting the toilet but before drinking…
  • Men are wonderful and I love them! Thank you for holding the door. Thank you for carrying the groceries. Thank you for hanging the picture. Thank you for assembling the dvd cabinet, and the entertainment center, and the book shelf, and the storage cabinet. Thank you for cooking dinner just cause you wanted to. Thank you…

  • This may depress you but I didn't notice until I did the 30DS last November (I started this journey in June of last year). Before that I knew I was losing because the scale said so and I needed clothes since my old ones were falling off but I couldn't see it when I looked in the mirror. The Shred helped give me some…
  • Tummy tuck sounds good to me too. I would also like to take a trip to Italy so it might be tough to choose between the two. Oh to have that be the toughest decision I have to make
  • I think it's very important that they be supportive and it would be awesome if they have similar attitudes towards food and fitness. The guy I'm currently seeing is super supportive of me and will even offer to work out with me. He's also very aware of what he eats which helps support me in how I eat. He's trying to gain…
  • I can't wait to go lingerie shopping again :blushing: This isn't something I want to do again because I never have but...I want to wear a mini-skirt.
  • I never thought I would exercise regularly and love it (thereby missing it when I don't). I never thought I would willingly eat fish (any kind) I never thought I would spend hours trolling the internet for recipes using protein powder and/or that are low calorie. I never thought I'd be a small anything in any clothing…
  • I love mint.com but my credit union doesn't let them link to the accounts I have there. This is frustrating but I have found ways to work around it and mint.com has come in very handy in helping me track expenses.
  • When I'm by myself, I prefer sleeping on my stomach. But when I'm lucky enough to have somebody in bed to cuddle with I prefer spooning with his arm wrapped around me. :smooched:
  • Those look so great and yummy! I have got to go shopping!
  • My mom was always the super skinny girl who ate anything and stayed skinny (note I said skinny, not slim or even healthy). She doesn't see the difference unfortunately. My dad was the football/wrestling jock who ate and ate and ate to maintain his body. Now they are both very overweight. My mom will go for days where she…
  • It hasn't happened for me yet. Not totally anyways. For me it's more that I usually feel like I'm still fat and only occasionally feel like people say I look. Shopping can be a huge struggle for me because as much as I love it I have trouble believing I can wear certain things. I usually have to take a friend with me who I…
  • Wish I had the guts to do some of this stuff but I was too terrified of my ex being able to prove it was me and taking my kids away. He did get a great dose of karma though... The woman he had an affair with (and has been dating since I threw him out) apparently treats him terribly and makes his life a nightmare. Added…
  • I do it myself, more in my day to day interactions that online but I am guilty of it so I can't say that it really bothers me. :flowerforyou:
  • My feet always to get tingly too, seems to be a issue for many people. As for calories burned, you really need an HRM to get an accurate reading but I too seem to burn more on an elliptical than I do on a treadmill.
  • I am probably a bit too into the Jillian Michaels workouts. I use a variety of her dvds from Yoga Meltdown, 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, 6 Week 6 Pack, Burn Fat Boost Metabolism, & Killer Buns and Thighs. I will be starting her Ripped in 30 on March 1st. Really looking forward to the challenge and the results. I…
  • That's great! I am so gonna try this *sprints for shower*
  • Reality says you can do most if not all of the weight. It will be hard but I think if you really dedicate yourself you can push through.
