I generally do, especially if I had it with a meal etc. If i drink tea during the day, i make a mental note on how many cups of tea I had then add it to the snacks when I get a chance :) For a cup of tea with milk (Semi-Skimmed) the value I have is 14 calories...so 5 cups over a day can make a bit of difference,…
