My ultimate goal is 130 lbs. This was my weight through college and grad school (at some point, I was down to 118 lbs, but that was too thin for me). Fifteen years and two kids later, I am now at 153 lbs.

I am losing weight while breastfeeding my 5-month old baby. But it has taken a lot of exercise and strict calorie counting. My daily allowance is 1700 (of which 500 for exclusively breastfeeding).

How is your thyroid? Any chance it is under active (which could also explain the low resting heart rate)?
