Ive started weighing myself on Sundays, first thing in the morning. Im hoping that will help keep me on track and accountable. I am writing my weight on my calendar too so I know my family is seeing those numbers too ~ whether they go up or down.

If I do not get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, I am a grumpy toddler the next day. I get stressed out, and that makes me want to eat sometimes too. At least when Im sleeping, Im not hungry. :)

Ugh, the biggest "meal" in one sitting was a time when I was really depressed and I sat down and at a bucket of chicken, drank a 12-pk of beer, and I think I still munched on an entire bag of beef jerky my aunt sent me from New Mexico... =(

I cheat on Wednesdays. Its either date night with my Hubbs or we are having a dinner party (Wednesday night plans help break up the week for us). Usually its just for dinner and drinks though since Im pretty good the rest of the time.

Well, sometimes our instability encourages our creativity, its just finding balance in a constantly changing environment that makes things problematic. Yet, change is necessary or we dry up and rot. So, no, darlin, you are not alone. :)

Wow, that sounds like a trainwreck. =( Did the dietitian/doctor understand what prescriptions you are on when they made a plan with you? I know from my own experiences that I need to taper into new routines rather than go all "all or nothing" when I need to make adjustments for myself. *Hugs*
