i personally like them. i haven't did all of the dvds yet, but the 3 that i've done gave me a decent burn. it's only 10 minutes so i definately gave it my all and felt sore the next day. it's a good pick me up. i use for an added calorie burn. i'm sure if i were REALLY overweight it'd be helpful since it's only 10 minutes.

maybe i'm just getting lucky but this week i've actually lost in weight and a lil bit in inches and it's that TOM. yea.. it was only a pound and 1/4 of an inch, but thats waaaayyy better than i normally do!

exactly! i did 22 minutes of yoga this morning and when i logged it in it said i only burned 40 calories... ummm LMFAO! yea right! that mess was hard and i was really getting into it! luckily, i wore my hear rate monitor, i actually burned 181 calories. talk about wrong!
