i LOVE olive garden. i used to get the FULL plate of chicken scampi with parm on top. i'd eat ALL that plus have about 3 or 4 breadsticks with alredo dip and a salad and most of the time 2 sprites. =x chicken scampi has a butt load of calories.. no wonder i had so much cellulite! lol

wow. i had a double patty melt last night with 2 kinds of cheese and it wasn't that high in calories. =x and if it was -shrugs- it was delicious and i lost weight. lol fat is not the devil so i don't worry about it. you know that you're going to work it off so in my opinion that only makes it taste that much better!

i only eat my exercise calories if i'm hungry. the weeks i've tried eating them all i've gained every single time. i'd say that's probably because i have 50 pounds to loose so my body doesn't need it all now. moving is moving regardless =) i log my heavy cleaning days since i only do them about once or twice a month. but…

woooot! i haven't worked out much at all this past week. been tweaking my eating to better suit what my body needs. tired as hell today though from consuming 3 bottles of wine over the weekend with the hubs =x BUT i shall get me 911 4 times this week. my themesong for the week will be wyclef and mary j- 911 lol

unfortunately, as much as i LOVE me some chocolate bars, i can't participate in this challenge =( i'm trying to get my yeasty issues under control and any time i consume excess sugar, BAM the yeast infection comes back harder. but, i'm imagining how yummy those chocolate bars taste!

none are going to be accurate unless its based off your heart rate while doing the exercise. sometimes it can get close but i'd suggest getting a hrm for more accuracy

i just had this today for lunch except i used honey bbq sauce, bell peppers, onions, and a lil bit of sharp cheddar. i was able to have 2 tortilla pizzas for 333 calories! i'm cooking the family chicken pasta tonight for dinner so i'm going to keep some of the chicken for myself so i can have some chicken bbq pizzas…

hrm. for some reason the less weight i am the more it says i burn. O_o my heart rate is normally only in the 150s while i'm taking a break. during my workout it stays between 170-200 depending on what the workout is and how hard i'm working. yesterday when i did turbofire my heartrate stayed 195 almost the entire time. it…
