It's amazing how deceptive labeling can be. I've just been for a long walk, stopped of at a newsagent for a bottle of water and made the mistake of taking one with a flavouring. When I checked the label it said 99cals. On closer inspection it had 20 grammes of sugar added to it. I'll stick to tap water...
