Agree, Zone bars are great and filling and have a good balance of protein.

Try eating a big breakfast with lots of egg and/or egg whites and maybe some toast. Carbs will fill you but you'll also have al lday to burn those off. Fiber is also very filling. I do a salsa salad. I put in lettuce, salsa and a little bit of fat free ranch dressing, maybe a little jalapenos. Salsa is good for you and low in calories. It sound a little strange, but it's yummy and different :)
