sometimes that will happen you body will adjust did you change anything else ,if you exercise too you are toning muscle so it will cause a gain, try a tape measure instead of a scale , see if you are losing inches. and most of all dont give up because you have a setback or 2 thats what we are here for is to help

i have the same problem, with me it has to do with being without before, i cant stand to throw away food i would clean my plate and anything you left behind, try saving it for later or just put out less

i have had my knee , back shoulder and neck operated on and yes the weather does cause problems, as long as its not hurting you should be ok, maybe cut it short advil or something like that will help

you need to eat more your body will go into starvation mode no more than your eating , bump up your calories work out , remember you didnt put it on in a week , its not coming off in a week its going to take time but stick with it
