  • I'm not sure if you're a Beyonce and Black Eye Pea fan but I like to working out to their music b/c it makes me want to dance and so I get excited and full of energy.
  • Sometimes you may not see the results on the scale but instead in the way your close fit, that's inspiration for me!!!!
