  • Hi My Name is Michelle and I started the Ripped in 30 on Friday and I loved it. Although I am still very much sore today being 4 days later. NO Pain NO LOSE :) I plan on doing this 6 days per week so lets all work together and help motivate each other..
  • First off that is too few calories for your size. Make your goals more realistic also if you are working out you can consume more calories. You should actually be eating 1700 to 1900 in order to lose weight.
  • Listen to some upbeat music something to keep you motivated. Create a new playlist or just simply think of what you want to accomplish. Whats your goal? TO be more fit, to look better.. then picture it & perceive it... Read a motivational quote before you start so it helps you to keep focused..:smile:
