I feel exactly like you and what I do is I eat something really grainy like a honey and oat bar and it makes me really thirtsy and then I just force myself to get water instead of juice and I found that once I start drinking it, I kinda just continue. Hope that helps

If it's affecting you so much, don't weigh yourself till the end then you can get the final result which will probably be more encouraging. Don't give up, it'll be much harder to start back up rather than just sticking with it. Just think of how much better you'll feel at the end!!!!!!!!

I say try to make it a point to walk to each destination. The all inclusive resort I went to on my honeymoon was huge and though they had shuttles to take you to each area, it was within reasonable walking distance and it was romantic to have that time alone to talk to my husband. Swim when you can, it's fun and exercise…
