Nothing wrong with eating at night. Dont forget to add lots and lots of veggies and water as well. Your body needs the nutrients!

Well, maybe and maybe not! I havnt lost weight in a year and losing 5 lbs so far is where I like it. I really dont beleive in completely cutting everything out. Its a cup of coffee not the end of the world.

My reason for hating them is that there money garantee is a joke! They owe me over 200.00! That was a year ago! I couldnt use them cause it hurt my stomach.

I didnt give up coffee, if I done that I would be miserable and would fail at this diet. It didnt make a difference to my weightloss.

Thats great! I always believed eating more was the best approach. Eating more meaning more good foods!

I never use to like it until now. I do a half cup mashed and eat it with steamed brocolli. It really brings out the yummy in your food!

I love Tim's as well, I use to use cream but switch to fresh milk, not gonna be the same but you get use to it as you got use to drinking coffee with cream.

I havnt personally but last year I saw someone post on here of a group that got together for the first time and they lived all over the U.S.

You have just summed up what I've been telling others! I've been here now for 945 days just to keep me driving in the right direction.

My mother in law drives me nuts! She always has every since I started dating her son which is now my husband. She sticks her nose in everything. I can go weeks without hearing from her and then it starts! What pisses me off the most is when she tells everyone that she has my kids all the time when its not true and my kids…

Oh Beth, my heart truly aches for you! I wish I could give you a huge hug! Life can be cruel and hard at times but we need to still keep going and thats the hardest part! I will be thinking about you and I will be here for you anytime!
