I need some advise, please help me! I tend to eat to many carbs. Maybe its because its just to easy to find things to eat on a time budget. What are the calories in Turkey?
OK, I've been trying to log in Turkey that I had but every entry is different. My mom (God love her) had a full Turkey oven baked. I had serving size which I assume is 100g.
