Excerise Video with Bob Harper

I bought a excerise video called " BOB HARPER inside out method" Theres 2 workouts, the first workout is one hour of full-out performance that will take your body to the limit. Challenge yourself and get rewarded. The second workout is a 25 min beginner to get you started.

I tried the second one first and I have to say, if I was someone who never excerise in my life I would be discouraged. He really work you and I loved the fact it was fast and intense. I havnt tried workout 1 yet. You could say Im still working up the nerve ...lol!
No pain no gain right. I'll try it a little later and keep you posted.

By the way, it is recommended to use only 1 to 2 lb hand weights. Really! Thats like lifting feathers.
