2 lb weight gain in 2 days?

Food database. is it accurate?
Have anyone come accross any foods that was the wrong calorie amount or fat etc? I took noticed the other day that after I put an item in the my fat amount was way over. when I realize it was way way to much. For example , something that had only 2.5 grams of fat and I had two was reading in the database as 50 grams of…

Can Acid reflux affect weight loss?
I have suffered alot this week with a flare up and only loss one pound:cry: in two weeks. Anyone out there think that my acid reflux had something to do with it? Im starting to get unmotivated , any suggestions?

Can you drink to much water?
I've been wondering if it is possible to drink to much water. I know we need at least 8 glasses a day, sometimes I drink up to 15. Is that to much? Not because I 'm thirty or anything. I put in consideration that Im excerising so I need to replace some fluids.

Eating at night?
I have question I eat 6 small meals a day but at night I get really hungry and If I dont eat I get a little sick and in the morning my breakfast dont really satisfy me although I eat a good Bf. Its not until later in the day I start coming around but feels tired. I do know you shoudn't eat at least 2 hours before bedtime.…

Can anyone tell me if I am truly burning the number of calor
I do the video " Walk away the pounds" you can do 1 mile and it takes 15 mins 2miles 30 and 3 miles 45. I feel its a great workout but I wonder if im truly burning that much calories. When I put it in I go under circuit training. I would hate to eat more and not know I really didnt burn that much off. Any ideas?
