How is the better n peanut butter (I think that is what she called it)? I've used the PB2 powder but it doesnt taste the same when reconstituted.

Oh my gosh! I just started noticing this with bread this summer!!! I don't like it and I don't like the idea of feeding that to my children... The hard part is I want the ones with the least amount of calories but those aren't the most natural........

Here is my thought... weigh yourself starting this week and weigh every week on the same day about the same time. Post after weight in. Here is an example- Loss: 1.1 Total: 1.1 The loss is for the loss that week and the total is for the total lost over the weeks. If everyone requests each other we will all be able to see…

I have found that if I up my protein I crave a lot less and am not as hungry as fast. :)
