I have been trying to figure out how many carbs/protein/fat I should have in a day. What is the 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fat ratio thing? My calorie intake for the day should be about 1300. How do I use that to figure out how much I should have of each??? I feel like this should be simpler than it has been for me :)…

Half marathon as motivation- advise?
I signed up for my first half marathon as motivation for myself!! Excited but also nervous! I have only done a few 5k races with times around 32 minutes. What a week!
This week has been a big one for me :) A few NSV actually which I haven't seen so far on this journey. One- I met the weight on my license! Two- I jogged 3 miles in under 30 minutes (29:57).
