I have to update my weight. I think I did for this week as well. Usually I weight in on Tuesday and today is the day. I am actually 1.8 lbs down this week. I used the fitbit and just upgraded it to the One. Now it sync with my iphone and I can see my steps and calories anytime, which pushes me to do more once I see how few I burned. I hide it on my bra and wear it every day, day and night. It goes off for showers only. I charge it every 7-9 days. Love it, love it, love it.

I'm in. I did a 0 in the initial test, so I decided to try with the incline as well. Once I can do 100 on an incline I'll repeat the program on the floor. It is just to hard right now.

Did not run at all this week. :( I have guests leaving tomorrow and after that I'll be back to my gym routine. I need to finish week 3, but I might have to start it again.

I use a fitbit too and can't be more happy. It actually reminds me to get up and walk more. I have a goal of 10,000+ every day and I wouldn't do it without my pedometer. I think the most I've reached is over 30,000 after Sandy going from Brooklyn to Manhattan by foot and back plus lots of walking in the city without power.

I had the ultra for a year and loved it. My battery lasts about 7-8 days before I have to recharge it and I never take it off. I wear it on my bra and that works for day and night. I just upgraded to the ONE so that I can sync with my iphone and I love it even more. I also got an aria scale and it updates my weight on MFP…

I completed week 2. I won't be able to run much this week, so I'll fall behind and do week 3 next week. I did it in the past and got to week 7, but then got pregnant, so I restarted it now.

I found a 14lbs baby around the house. It works really well as weight and apparently he loves the squats. 2 birds with 1 stone. :)

Today I did Monday's challenge, since I rested on Monday. Cals ok Water ok

It wasn't a good day for me. I was over 27 calories. I did not drink enough water and feel really bad about all the food I ate. :( But, I did the challenge including the extra mile, and walked an extra 1.5 for the team.

Got food poisoning today. I feel really sick. I did not exercise. If possible, tomorrow I'll do both days. I haven't finished log my food for today, but I'm definitely under given the situation. Water ok. I walked 2.5 for the team in the morning before I got sick.

August 8th Recap Rest day drank over 32 oz of water so far. I prepared a pitcher with the reminder to drink before I go to bed. So, water will be done before I go to sleep. under calories Walked an extra 1.5 mile today.
