Than you. :) I hope you get better.

I'm in.

Ooops, I forgot to report my weight. Too bad. Will see you at the next challenge. :)

I really wanted to try a 5k but my friend just told my that New York Road Runners races have these cars (of shame) that pick up any runner that goes slower than 13.00 and remove them from the race. I can run a 5k at 12.00, but without a pacer I may end up going too fast and getting tired easily, therefore having to slow…

Ahahah! I'll try. I did too many squats last week at a point that I was not able to go down the stairs without screaming in agony. So, no bike for me. This week only 150 squats per day (Plus of course 30 push-ups and 60 dips), so I'll get back on the saddle.

Congrats to you!!!

I hope you make it. I am out, but in on survival. :) See you there.

Ok, here we are with the results. At least I'm giving it a try. Let me know if you can/cannot see the table.
-
I'm in. 137.5 lbs starting weight.

Hi everybody, as the week ended, I have the results on a spreadsheet. Here is the question, though: how do I post a table in here? If I copy and paste you just see scramble text. How do people do that?

http://www.fitbit.com/user/22ZZS2 Add me on fitbit if you like. It keeps me motivated comparing steps with friends.

I'll add you. My goal is 10,000 steps per day by walking. I don't make it every day, but I try.
-

Update on the c25k. I finished it at about week 7. I can run 25 minutes continuously. So, I started again from w1d1. This time I am going for speed. I used to run at 5 MPH, now I increased to 6 MPH. Let see if it works. My heart rate today was 165 and above in the 1-minute runs. I need some training, my heart was exploding.

80.33 miles completed.

Food news! This week i am down 1.6 lbs. From 138.4 to 136.8.

It makes you walk so much. You'll love it! Which one did you get?

I am planning a whole day trip to the outlets tomorrow. Let see what my pedometer will say. I have to run from one store to the other trying to catch the least amount of rain and visit most of the stores. I was never able to visit a third of them in a day. The place is huge. The best part is, I don't need anything. I just…

Good idea. The last couple of days have been all Nutella and chocolate chip cookies. I'll grocery shop tomorrow. Just fruit.
-
63.98 miles so far.
-
Do you want to know it all? I did part of them carrying the baby as a weight. He had fun, I have sore everything. I tried the stationary bike at the gym today and was not able to pass 20 minutes. My muscles let me down. :)
-
I'm in. Does stationary bike count? I will try to do both. If I have the kids I'll have to use the gym. My little one is too little to sit on a bike seat without support. 2-3 more monts and he'll be ready. But for now indoor we go. I suck at biking. This can be a good challenge.

Thanks again for the great charting.
