10km run as part of the Melbourne Marathon on Sunday

i'm on my 2nd Polar and i love it. i think the mens and womens ones are just a different shape for the different shaped wrists. other than that they should be the same, you set up the data for either male/female
-
i've recently changed from asics's to nike free, they feel great and like i'm not wearing anything, they are so light
-

i've totally farted when doing PT session, had to quickly try and move away so he wouldn't know it was me. i have also punched myself in the face when doing boxing, not concentrating and my arms went swinging.

hi i live in sth east melbourne- feel free to add me everyone :glasses:
-
i have a cheat meal, on sunday nights after weighing that morning. i used to do a whole day but would find it would then take me half the week to get back to my WI weight, then that wouldn't leave much time to actually get a loss.
-
it does stress me out when i've planned all my food for the day and realise i have gone over my allowance and how many calories i need to burn at the gym that night to make it up, but at least i know and i'm doing something about it
-
i have been a WW member for about 4 years, i do online and have lost 20kg. been on a plateu for the past year and have joined up on here to count calories as i find i'm a bit more strict rather than just eating 5 pieces of fruit and a heap of vegies cos i think i'm hungry, and hell why not they are 0PP.
-
my PT is a bit hardcore (does bodybuilding) and he tells me to limit my fruit to a piece a couple of days a week, and never after lunchtime. i have gone from eating 4-5 serves a day to 2-3 but simply because the calories do start to add up, especially as i could easily eat a kg bag of grapes or 2-3 apples in one go
-
before my workout at the gym i usually do 10-15 minutes walk on the treadmill, or elliptical if i'm doing upper body weights to warm up the arms
-
on mondays when all the new weekly magazines come out i would buy them, 2 or 3 chocolate bars, bag of lollies and sometimes chips or pringles, go sit in bed and read them and eat that all. then come dinnertime i would still eat that too.
-
you are not eating enough, your body thinks it is starving so it is holding on as much as it can

bump to read later
