i'm back to mfp today after a bit of a break, have gained a couple of kg, could have been worse but i know i have to really commit to get rid of these last 5-10kg anyone else starting back today, want to be friends and motivate each other?
How do you track calories when eating out and not knowing exactly what is in it? for example, yesterday we went for pancakes and i had a creamy chicken and mushroom crepe, but have no idea what calories to allocate to it.
