Not much on pointless stuff tonight...am stuck at work and am exhausted...had plenty of energy when I walked in but 7 hrs later and ran since got here...no more energy!! 5 more hours to go too!!! just sitting here taking a MUCH needed rest break to get brain going again to finish shift.... also trying to ignore the snacks…

I get concerned by the fact that the delivery people KNOW that if their diet product sits in the sun for more than a certain time they have to return it to the company as it is not safe...I WAS told this by a distributor himself!

I am from Northwest IA. I end up rotating 2 weeks on nights and 2 weeks on days...so i REALLY need encouragement, especially about exercise as it gets SOOO tiring flipping back and forth all the time. I havent really found a time that works good to try and balance everything....kids, huby, work, exercise....HELP!!:yawn:
