http://www.exercisetv.tv/workoutplans.aspx Hey guys check out this Jillian workout. You need the other two of Jillians DVDs to do this program. I'm thinking about doing it. Anyone else interested? I don't have all the DVDs so I would need to go buy them this weekend.

Hi Shredders Today was L1D4, I'm starting to get bored with level 1 but it's definitely still hard for me! I am pretty happy with the weight loss I have had so far. I'm fitting better into my clothes again! I look forward to losing more!!

After many skipped days I am back. L1D3. It definitely gets easier with time!! I'm having a hard time eating all my exercise calories. Do you guys eat all of yours?

Hi Ladies So I left home for the weekend and forgot my shred :( I did the Biggest Loser Boot Camp with mom though and we got quite a workout!

L1D2- DONE!!! Again didn't feel like doing it but I did.... and you know what... I feel great! I really hate those bicycle situps though!! misokay- I think it's good to continue doing other kind of cardio when you can. I'm not sure any of us will really be able to do shred 30 days straight. I've already missed one day....…

Sooo I was bad and skipped Shred last night. My boyfriend of 3 years and I are going through a break-up and I was busy feeling bad for myself :( Tonight though back to Jillian!!

Have you thought about getting an inexpensive heartrate monitor? It will allow you to get a more accurate amount of calories burned!

Level 1 Day 1! Really really didn't want to do it today but the thought of being able to post on here help urge me on! I used a HRM and I burned 219 cals in 27minutes. Not bad. As for dieting I'm working on counting my calories. MFP has me at 1350 cals so I'm mainly just focusing on staying in that range and making better…

Hi Ladies I have done level one a few times in the past, however next consistently. Starting tomorrow I am going to try and be much more consistent and attempt to shred daily. Tomorrow I plan on doing some measurements. Having a group to talk with will be fun!! GO US!!
