  • I understand...and I too have those days when all I want to do is eat. However, I tried to stay ahead of myself by eating high volume foods on those days. Example - I will eat a huge bowl of air popped popcorn and a glass of milk before dinner. Then I may only want half as much of the bad stuff.
  • I'm 5'4"-130lbs too. When I got to goal...just recently, I decided to gradually up my cals. (I struggle w/ maint). I added a 100/day for a week or two and then more. I am currently at 1400/day base and it goes up with exercise. I am still losing a bit, but w/in 2-5lbs of goal.
  • Enjoy the holidays and the food! Practice moderation and not gain.
  • Popcorn (air-popped w/ spray butter) is my go to snack, when all I want to do is eat. High volume/Low cal

  • I occasionally have issues with my iron levels when giving blood. I always try to load up before donating...usually with a suppliment, but there are a lot of iron rich foods too.
  • So you plan to starve your body 6 days a week (1000 net is too low) and then totally overload once a week (4000 cals is excessively high). I am not a nutritionist, but that sounds like a plan to make yourself very sick to me.

  • There are times I want to eat all the time too...on those days, I eat air popped popcorn w/ spray butter and salt. I can have as much as I want w/o the guilt.
  • Sugar free hard candies (I like SF Worther's Original) and a glass of water.
  • You are not alone...I totally have the same problem!! I hate to have my pic taken...always have...no matter my size.
  • I know it is hard when your sleeping, but try to make a concious effort to always stretch your legs with your toes pulled back towards the front of your body...never pointed!! I use toes-to-the-nose to remember...stupid, but it works! The calf can't knot up, when it is completely stretched.
  • Heavy fruit has more juice. Buy in season...it is usually cheaper and better. I found, when it is expensive you should buy something else...usually a bad crop and it won't task good anyway...save your money!!
