Read this post from yesterday! He doesn't call it falling off the horse though, it's falling off the wagon ;) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/286716-excuses-telling-it-like-it-is

Do you work 24/7? Don't let your job get you down, make it a goal to get active outside of work! I've worked in call centers for 11 years.

Congrats! Keep up the great work! These pictures keep me pumped up to lose the pounds!

Glad you decided to post! Get chatting and it will give you even more motivation!

Soda. I drink on the weekends but have switched from cans to 2ltr bottle. High fructose corn syrup is the main thing I've tried to cut out 100% from my diet. So sierra mist has kinda been put on my list lately but only once in a while.

Batteries!

Why not try eating like a human consuming a balanced diet. Your body will not enjoy being tricked.

I stand on a scale once a month. Keep doing what you do, but give the scale a rest it will not motivate you.

I was teased at school for being overweight so I know how teasing goes ;) I too just turned 30 and have started to give the regular exercise and watching what I eat a try. It's working! Just have to keep with it and keep the motivation up there. I wouldn't try to nit pick every little calorie just set a goal and work…

I'm not familiar with the 60 day challenge, but maybe you're just not ready for it at this moment. Keep at the lower levels and keep working up a sweat. Keep going and eventually you will be doing the work outs and not seeing as much sweat!

You may want to look into cholinergic urticaria (hives) that is a skin rash brought on by a hypersensitive reaction to body heat. The recommendation is to take an anti-allergy drug such as Benadryl. They say that cholinergic urticaria may be a sign of more serious problem called exercise-induced anaphylaxis, so it may be…

These folks are not quitting caffine because they HAVE to. They are quitting because their bodies are becoming dependent on the chemical to function. Even the junkies in the streets would say "I don't feel like i'm addicted" Give it a shot though, try going without coffee for a week and see how your body reacts. Then you…

Keep up the good work! 3 days are hard, but quitting now should not be an option!

I'd say this is where it's at. I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on tv, but diet coke is chemical city! If i even drink a diet soda I'll get a crazy migraine with aura (visual distortions) and a grip of other symptoms I'll not disturb you with. I went to a Dr and a neurologist and had MRI's (not a tumor) and the full work…

Cold turkey! It takes about 2 weeks for the body to get over the physical aspects of the addiction. Try to distance yourself from other smokers for this two week period of time. Don't let yourself even have "just one" once you quit. Just one will end up being well another will not hurt then you're bumming off everyone you…

This. Also try changing your perspective on the pain..that's called the burn. It means you're making progress!

Like rfcollins33 says. More muscle causes the metabolism to be a bit higher in men.

Just finished the first week on my new elliptical. How much time was you putting on the first day vs today?

Perhaps, the fat weight is turning into muscle weight. You're losing inches (baggy clothes) but not losing weight as it's changing to lean muscle. I'm no pro, but I wouldn't get too worked up over it and keep it up!

That sounds more like a lawsuit than charity ;)

Life is not fair. Justice is a concept created by man and the natural world doesn't know of such a concept. Only you and the decisions you make will impact your life the most. Waiting on others for charity even though deserving is not a wise decision.

Spare Skin > Death Don't let this be an excuse to not get fit! Excuses are last year! It's time to shape up and make it happen.
