All words are creations of humans used for the purpose of communication with other humans. If a human uses a word and it communicates as expected who is to say it's proper or not. Given enough time and popularity this made up word will enter the lexicon of human speech. Most of this is silly and pedantic but on a serious…

So we must follow scriptures? But I permit not a woman to teach, nor to have authority over the man, but to be in silence. 1 Timothy 2:12 Don't like Timothy? how about some more fun from Leviticus that you quote about pork and also wouldn't that make football also against the word of god? Leviticus 19:27 reads "You shall…

I don't believe a few summer bbq's and a job promotion caused you to gain back 20lbs. IMO that's an excuse for gaining the 20lbs back. I'd say you may not have actually made change to cut the weight in the first place. Example: Watch a season of the biggest loser and the first weigh in on the first episode everyone loses…

Maybe she needs to lose a little weight herself and is jealous at your wonderful progress. She doesn't want to show her jealousy so she turns it as something that you're doing wrong (losing TOO much weight). I wouldn't even respond to the comments or say something like thanks for your concern I'm still a work in progress.…

In my opinion people are too over sensitive these days. There isn't anything wrong with words. Sticks and stones break bones but words will never hurt me. Who cares? Over sensitive people care. ;)

I rarely check the scale. Maybe once every couple months. Do things for yourself and not for the scale. Do it for your health and body not your weight. Once you get your head right in the game the weight will come off. Weight loss should be a side effect of the positive changes you're making in your life.

I've never grabbed food but we would jump into dumpsters behind computer stores and electronic shops and pull out a great deal of usable parts and pieces. Could put together a couple working computers every night we went out and sell them to class mates.

I find it insane how many folks are chiming in on this post and saying this guy is a creeper, but when the government does it in the same of security everyone jumps on board and has no problem spending millions on cameras. Every where we drive in public our cars are being recorded, license plates are scanned, and the…

I'm not sure if the zumba that is currently in stores is compatible with the kinect. There is a new zumba game that is kinect capable and I believe it comes out in Jan. So make sure to check the boxes to see which one you're getting.

It's a question regarding survival and healthy living that you must ask yourself and only you can answer. Plants have no choice of action. They seemingly are programed to act automatically for life. Their leaves unfold and reach up to the sun for its energy they use to produce food for themselves. Their roots dig deep into…

dailymail.co.uk is like picking up tabloid news papers at the checkout line in the supermarket. I've blocked that site and would never go there for facts.

After the procedure don't you have to radically change your diet? Don't you have a year of diet prep before they even get into the surgery? Wouldn't it be much easier and cheaper to just change your diet and exercise a bit more? And just because you get this surgery doesn't mean you will lose weight. I've known people that…

If you're not in pain it's probably not a huge issue, but may be good to listen to others and increase the fiber as I'm sure it wouldn't hurt anything.

Most on here have not lost the weight through the quickest method. If something is too good to be true it is. Losing weight quick is too good to be true. I'd quit focusing on the scale and focus more on your diet. Track everything you eat and put it all on the diary every day. Watch your food diary for a month and include…

I started using the wii board that comes with wii fit. Might check into that if you have access to a wii. It's also good for keeping track of your progress.

Welcome. Try this. Instead of saying you've tried to lose weight 50 times why not this time make it so you aren't trying to lose weight? Watch your food and exercising and the weight will come off. Note everything on paper. Write it all down. Put it all on the site for everyone to see. Instead of trying to lose weight you…

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance I wouldn't feel too bad about not drinking it if it makes you sick. Seems to be a natural issue with most mammals according to wikipedia.

I love coke, I first started by every other day have one, then moved to less and less days. Check out sierra mist. No caffine and sugar no HFCS. It's not as awesome as a coke or pepsi (if that's your flavor) but it's a fizzy fix when you need it and since you may not like it as much as the others a case tends to hang…

Avenue of the Giants about 4 hours north of san fran is the spot to see. It's a lot of driving but there are things to see along the way. Was there in july/august and weather was excellent.
