You have plenty to do, to name a few: push-ups, sit-ups, jumping on the spot, jogging on the spot, dancing, body weight squats, lunges.... These alone should keep you going for a long while. Now with regards to no gym membership - I don't have one either but that doesn't stop me from purchasing a pair of solid dumbbells…

Very doable, you'll be there in a blink of eye! Stick with the calorie deficit and you'll do excellent but most importantly remember numbers < how you look an feel! Good luck :flowerforyou:

Well for one, the buffet you had should be able to hold off any further cravings throughout the day, especially since your bloated... For me in the past, if I over ate in a buffet the hunger would hold off a full 12 hours before I had any appetite again
