For mobility, I reckon mine is fairly decent as I can get into the bottom position with strict form - foot placement- I think this might be having a role as I never feel like I'm in my strongest position anywhere, shoulder/narrow/wider than shoulder width. And in what sense for shoulder engagement?

I'm not sure atm, my bf is floating around I would say 13-15% (hard to tell via eyes lol), my upper and lower are really low bf, just that dam lower belly pouch (a bit there)... Still unsure whether I should bulk up to pack on solid size or keep shredding down?

lol go you! I cannot indulge on pasta/pizza varieties - any of these things are like 1000+kcal for full belly feeling! A slice won't cut it for me (maybe 4/5) :open_mouth:

Free Weights and resistance have about the same effectiveness IMHO as long as the intensity is the same so a 100kg barbell for squats may have the difficulty if you used a pulley cable leg press which is topped to 130kg etc. To build muscle in general, any type can build muscle but mixture of both is good - also to the 2nd…
