Myrecipes.com has some good recipes for turkey. I like the 3 bean turkey chili that you make in a crock pot. Calorie count on it is 210 for 10 oz so you can enjoy a fair size portion.

Nice. Great dedication. Totally, positive you will reach your goal. I have been thinking about trying P90X but I am 65 (fairly decent shape) but don't know if I can handle the workouts.
