  • Hey! It works the same for us guys too. When I was in competition shape, women would be all over me like white on rice. Now that I am heavier...I don't get the time of day from a woman. So yes...you do get treated differently when you are not fat. :mad:
  • After 2months of training, take a 1 week break. This gives the body a full chance to completely recover. Then go back to training. You are kind of over doing it a bit. You may want to back off to 1/2 hr of spinning/ cardio per day. Try the interval cardio training. (HIIT) Just some suggestions. :smile:

  • When it comes to weight training & Aerobics ( i.e running) I have learned to separate them. If you run in the morning, lift in the evening or if you run in the evening, then lift in the morning.
