  • I get up at 4:30am or 5:00am and do the P90X workout. The workouts differ. They are from 1 hour to an hour and a half, 6 to 7 times a week. I've been doing it for 5 weeks.
  • You can add me! I am in the same boat. Just remember that you are human and that results are slow and steady. We all want to lose 15lbs in a week, but don't get discouraged if it is only 1lb. Better to lose than to gain. :) Get MOTIVATED!!!
