I do this too; now and in the beginning of my MFP journey. For me, it really helps put a damper on the craving!

Today's weight is 216. I'm up 1.8 pounds since vacation. Probably thinking that I need to push the water to help flush out the sodium and excess garbage I consumed.

I'll be weighing in on Monday, December 5th, after three weeks without weighing in. This ought to be interesting, as my family and I just got back from Walt Disney World yesterday (been there for 10 days). Anywho... My last MFP weigh-in was 214.2 on 11/14/11. See you again on Monday, regardless of if the scale is + or - !!!

Forgot about coming back and checking in on the thread. Been faithfully logging my walks as I come in from them. Keep up the good work everyone! This challenge in definately a challenge for me! I'm really pushing myself this month.

I weighed in this morning and I came in just shy of my July WL goal. Number was 235.2 instead of 234. Even though I didn't make it to my goal, I still don't think it was too shabby for a July loss of 12 pounds... especially when my TOM came like a thief in the night sometime late last night.
