  • I am in the same boat. My dress is a size 22 and we are getting married April, 2015. :) Hoping to have a lot of weight off by the big day and then beyond that! Good luck to you! You can do it!
  • I actually avoid weighing myself during that time because I know that I get bloated and seem to fluctuate more than normal. Totally normal! :)
  • I do every morning before I have had anything to eat. I know that weight fluctuates, but I use it more as a guide to average my weight over the course of a week. It also helps me keep track of what days are not so good and what days are better. I know what food cause more weight fluctuation and what foods my body likes!
  • Replacing soda with water or unsweetened tea with lemon (so refreshing!) and keeping within my calorie goal. I only just started walking 1 mile per night for the last two weeks and will continually increase that each week until I reach about 3 miles a day. Baby steps, but you'll feel awesome in no time!
