  • I was just tested and diagnosised at the age of 26 in oct 2012, I have had the signs for hypothyroidism since about 4th grade but not one doctor has ever tested me for this till i went to a dr for my weight and they wanted to do a complete physcal on me with lab
  • Everyone feel free to add me ^_^ im surronded by tall ppl lol but that said im 5'1 and it is very hard to compare and have taller ppl understand the differnce with cloths and the amount weight thats needed to be within that silly BMI
  • You can scroll through and there are other methods like one person suggested doing them with a weight under you. I use to do them on a ledge or you can do it on your tip toes holding on to the wall.
  • I am going to try this i spend a lot of my time in my heels anyways for work and it sounds like it can add some extra something for my at home workout :happy:
  • I find that i crave more unhealthy foods(ie junk food) or find myself just wanting to eat more period when i up my workout that day. I normally work out for at least 30mins before work but somedays its less or more depending on what i have going on at work that day. I find that if i increase the intesty i seem to want more…
