I had a boyfriend once who didn't have diabetes, and everytime he'd go to the doctors office his glucose would be in the 60s. It was because he was trying to lose weight and not consuming enough calories.

This equation takes in account a person's weight and the speed they are going. Heart rate monitors and treadmill counters I have found to be extremely inaccurate. Over estimating my calories at times by 300 calories.

I stand corrected. It's supposed to say vegetarian meatloaf. There are different types of vegetarians, and the cheese is dairy free. Read my sidenote by the cheese.

There is a difference between Celiac's disease and gluten sensitivity/allergy. 95% of people don't have Celiac's disease but have some time of gluten sensitivity.

Girl I totally feel you! Last year I was working nights, 12 hour shifts. When I'd get off in the morning I felt like a walking zombie with no energy to workout. The night shift had me so messed up that I had no energy even on my days off. It was no life to live. The one thing you should be sure to do is take Vitamin D.…
