  • I use my HRM to be a little more accurate than MFP and log it just to feel good about the work done and get a round about idea of what is happening but I don't usually eat those calories back.

  • Question.. What kind of scales do you all have? I am on my second scale in the past two months and it keeps fluctuating each time you step on so I'm not sure what is an accurate reading at this point.
