I am starting my journey on here also. It shows I joined in June 2011 and have had no motivation to stick with anything but I am DETERMINED this time to do what needs to be done! I may need a shove every now and again but I am ready to do this!! Pam

I usually weigh in on Mondays also . I am trying to stay AWAY from the scale every day in between so that I don't get discouraged!
