Hi all! From Antrim but living in Nottingham at the mo. All the temptations still reign, perhaps apart from Mauds! this is my second or third time trying this, 2 days done so far! So glad I found our wee group! :) Evelyn xx

I'd like to join! And I hope you will all help me! My goals for May are : to lose 7 pounds to exercise every day for at least 10 mins (this is a big thing for me!) to log all my food cut my intake of processed food I know it doesn't sound like much but this is such a change for me and i'll need all the support i can get!
