I eat between 1800-2000 calories per day. I also allow my self an occasional cheat meal. I do not have any foods that are off limits. It has worked for me. I never eat back my workout calories. I would hate to eat them back and overestimate how many I actually burned. I do crossfit 5-6 times per week and I box 1-2 times a…

Thank you everyone. It has been such an amazing journey. I just wish we would have started it sooner. Everyone has to start somewhere. If you don't start than you already failed. The only failure you can have is not trying. Working out helps speed the process but eating wise is where you will truly see the changes happen.

I want to Thank Gardengail, jlshea, AJ_G and craignev for your kind words. I am looking forward to finishing this off and sustaining what we have done. It has been almost three years since we started. It seems normal to weigh portions out. Maybe crazy to some but it works for us.

My typical routine is Cross fit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I run (3-5 miles) or spin (45 minutes) on Tuesday and Saturday. Thursday and Sunday are my recovery days.
