i love it!! like i said, this is my thrid round. i got down to 117, 116 lbs when my hubby was deployed, but now that he's back i've reverted to some old habits (like overeating) and put 10 lbs back on :cry: no one to blame but myself! i didn't notice any changes body wise the last two times, but i wasn't taping myself…

i do each level until it starts becoming easy. if it's every 10 days, great, if i need longer/shorter time, i do that :) i'm on my second round of the shred and day 21. i'll probably start level 3 tomorrow or the next day.
