I lost 83 lbs using MFP before, but I gained 117 lbs back after getting married and experimenting with different anxiety medications. I'm back and hoping to lose 150 lbs. Anyone that would like to add me is welcomed to! :smile:

Definitely this^ I have one under my desk at work and burn 600 calories or more through out the day on it. There is a detachable timer on mine and I keep it on the desk so I can time and log it.

You can also double the lentils and quinoa and for the last 10 minutes add a 2-Alarm Chili Kit and the tomato sauce as directed on the box for a quick and easy chili that will have a lot leftover for later.
