thanks everybody. i sometimes wonder if i drink too much water. i quite often guzzle pints of the stuff. it is also my preffered drink theses days. i do work out almost every day. so i guess i need it. i guess our bodies generally tell us when we need it right?

AMAZING! You look like a totally different person! Well done. You obviously have some serious motivation. Im looking at losing approx 70lbs myself. Ive lost 23lbs and hit a plateau. Your pics have given me the motivation to perservere! Great going :)
