Frostie and fries is my favorite. Also Buddig chicken and dill pickle sandwiches and chips on sandwiches. My daughter uses ranch dip for EVERYTHING! Corn dogs, fish sticks, french fries, everything gets dipped in ranch!

I am on weight watchers but I log on here because my doctor wants me on a 1500 calorie plan. I changed my settings to show fat, carb, fiber and protein and I can use my calculator to see if it is matching up to the points. I love WW for the structure and meetings and I love MFP for the additional support and the GREAT food…

Hi all! I am Nova and I just started WW again. This is like my 4th go round but the first on the Points program. I also joined a walking group near my home. I have always liked WW and I know it works if you stick to it. Glad to be here!

I am not a fan of the Apex site. My plan is th use this site for calories consumed, because I feel like it is pretty accurate, and then keep my own records of what the BB says I burned to figure out my deficit. I feel like the BB is accurate with calories burned. I have the digital display so I can see what it is anytime.…

I was super skinny as a child up until I moved in with my dad just before 9th grade. I remenver going back to visit my old teachers and one of them commented that I was getting fat! I don't care for the calories consumed log on their site. It is not very user friendly. I am going to continue to use MFP and keep a spreadsheet or something.

I weigh every day first thing. I get up, go potty and then weigh in my birthday suit. I only count it once a week. This doesn't work well for a person who doesn't understand or can't handle seeing the fluctuations.
