I do all my workouts at home. I joined a gym over the winter but it was just to use the treadmill. I love Yoga with Adrienne, PopSugar, and IdealShape. IdealShape is about selling their products but they have a 12 week program I really like.

I like the Vega and the Orgain. I steer clear of ones that are PLUS GREENS, because they seem gritty and taste a little like grass imho. But it has been a bit since I have tried them.

If you are getting blisters look into a new pair of shoes for sure. I didn't realize how important they were until I got my first good pair of shoes and my shin splints went away almost instantly. Its really a lifestyle decision. I used to work out in the mornings (which is my preference) but with the poor weather and being at work so early I find that right now heading to the gym after work is best for me.
