i had the reverse, kinda. winter 2010 i weighed in at 235, my highest and i got a talking to about my weight. went back this past summer, i was around 205-210 and granted it was the NP rather than the doc but no comment the second time

i prefer vodka with juice rather than soda and i've tried vodka with sugar free or diet juice and it just is not right imo. so unless you really like the taste of vodka you need juice.....my favorite is a mixture on cranberry, pineapple, orange and grenadine but most juices will mix (gain, personal taste)

use what the container says. you can submit corrections to the nutrition facts if you think they are wrong. keep in mind that different brands have slightly different contents

i am not 100% there but i have seen a great reduction in my stomach since i started insanity and counting calories at the beginning of the summer. i honestly believe a good full body workout is best. i switched to just the cardio machines in my schools gym for a while and worked my little heart out and i saw an improvement…

i just ordered my heart rate monitor (hopefully itll be here tomorrow) but up until now i just guessed how many calories i burned and created my own exercise. i made my guess based on other cardio and my history of burn rates for those. hopefully i will get much more accurate data

yes! i am a junior civil engineering student, want to get into geotechnical after graduation (possibly with my internship this summer too if i get it) i find the hardest thing is getting enough sleep.....

this quarter i get up at 8:45 and start class at 9:55. i eat my breakfast at the begining of that class 4/7 days a week, the other days are whenever i get up

i would lean more towards the heart rate monitor personally. i do not know what kind of equation mfp uses but most hrm's are body specific to you if you input your data, if not at the very least it knows how much your heart is working. if you are worried about over estimating i would enter a number that is ~10% less than…
