We sure can! Today so far is a good day for me. I woke up this morning before work and did 40minutes on the treadmill burning 300 calories. I ate an omelette for BF and about to eat a salad for lunch. How are you doing today.

Awe! This is a journey and it is not easy! But the most important thing to do is not "beat yourself up" accept it and move on! Next time figure out the calories of the pizza and try to burn of the exact amount of calories. "Dont cry over spilled milk" you already ate the pizza so the best thing to do is burn it off.
