  • I do an overnight oats with gluten free steel cut oats, unsweetened almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla-coconut protein powder, chia seeds, hemp hearts and fresh strawberries. Grab and go on my way out the door in the morning
  • Nothing beats making your own but you did say “brands” so I’ll throw these two in. Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Raspberry Vinaigrette available in grocery stores. The other ready made one we use on occasion is Primal Kitchen Ranch but you have to order that one online. Mostly we make our own with balsamic vinegar.
  • I'm only a week ahead of you guys. I fell off the wagon a couple of years ago and gained back most of the 44 pounds I had previously lost. So here we go again. Trying to get back to what worked then with the addition of myfitnesspal. Always looking for new buddies so add me if you like :smile:
