Try brushing your teeth, your less likely to eat.....sometimes if the hour is right I head it off by going to bed. :smile: 10 calorie jello- celery with laughing cow cheese....than run and go brush teeth !!!!! If the temptation is to strong, go to bed if it allows.

Are you eating your exercise pts? I have myself set up to hit my allotted 1200 and I don't eat my exercise pts, but when I do go over once in awhile i don't worry about it. Also, you can post your diet so we can see what you’re eating. Maybe that could be it. Did you take your measurements? Maybe you are taking off inches…

How long have you been looking like you do now? It take's time to lose it. Some days are easier than others. Hang in there and soon you will see it coming off. Take your measurement's also. Perhaps your losing inches even if the scale doesn't show it. One day at a time!

If your at a gym, some gyms have these different sized rubber band thingy's. You put your knee in the rubber band and it bounce's with you and will help out. They also have the step there to help you get set up.

I think you just need to see how your body works. I don't eat my exercise points "most" of the time. I struggle to get the 1200 at times, let alone adding 500+ more if i run or do a spin class. If i go over my 1200 in a day i don't stress about it because i know in my head it's ok, but i don't want to do that everyday nor…

I have a question ... What are "rolled oats" it may be that we call them something different over here Not the "instant or quick oats" Rolled are less processed. There is a "steel oat" which is even more pure, but very costly. They might be called "Old Fashioned". I hope you can find the better choice.

It seems I go over on protein almost every day! I'm not exactly sure how to change that either. Than the other day was both red in Carbs and protein. Go figure!
